Political or economical exiles in regular or irregular situation, they have attempted or have succeeded in integrating into french society, for 1, 2 or even 17 years. The reality of the parisian's life is quite different than these women had imagined. However, their empty-handed return to China is inconceivable. The film relates the story of these exiled Chinese women. Close to them and witness of their feelings, their deep thoughts, it allows us to see through their eyes the daily life of a chinese woman in Paris.
